We develop and produce aftermarket spare parts such as heating and sealing tools, heating and sealing plates for machines from Variovac, Multivac, ULMA, CFS (Tiromat), Hilutec, Webomatic, Sealpac, Reepack, Mondini, Weber, Scandivac, and other packaging machines for tray packaging sealing. We fabricate complete seal tools including non-stick coating, insulation plates and heaters.
New PTFE coating
Our offer includes sealing plates that meet all requirements. We work with Haas CNC precision tools and can provide you with any possible format. We have extensive experience in the manufacture of sealing plates, forming & heater plates, and other spare parts, which we can modify or produce a new as needed. In addition, we offer a PTFE coating on each plate to prevent packaging film from sticking when closing the tray and to ensure a perfect seal.
