Sealing frames
A sealing frames for a thermoforming or tray sealing machine is a component that holds the tray or packaging materials in place during the sealing process. It usually consists of a rectangular aluminum frame with a flexible seal on the underside that creates a seal against the top of the tray when pressure is applied. The sealing frame is located above the heating element and tray knife and is lowered onto the tray during the sealing process. This creates a tight seal around the edge of the tray to prevent leakage or contamination. The size and shape of the sealing frame are determined by the size and shape of the tray or packaging material being used.

A sealing brill is made of aluminum. It is produced using our computer-controlled CNC Haas machines that can precisely cut and shape the material according to the desired specifications. The use of CNC manufacturing ensures a high level of accuracy and consistency in the production process, which is important to ensure that the sealing frame fits precisely in the machine and functions properly. Once the material has been processed, additional finishing processes such as plating are performed to improve the durability and resistance to wear and tear of the sealing frame.
